How bad is it when a table is copied to tmp?
How bad is this?
"Copying to tmp table " I've worked hard to tweak my queries and use the index that results in the smallest data set of rows to go through. But I'm still seeing that message "Copying to tmp table ". I'm wondering if that means the ENTIRE table is copied or only part of the table with the records it needs to sift through? |
