Is there any one here who knows page optimization ???

Please help me to improve Performance

Hi........

I am a beginner. I have developed website in Php/MySql. But my home page takes some more time to load in some of the browsers

Can Mysql stored procedures help me? I don't know the concepts of stored procedures. If any buddy in group knows
pl. help me

Is this really a MySQL issue? Looking at that website, it seems to me the pages are too big--the home page scrolls 15 pages for me. Make the pages smaller perhaps; instead of 10 items per page, try 5, etc. I'm not a web developer but I wouldn't expect a web page to scroll over 2 pages for this kind of content. After all, you want customers to see products quickly; scrolling down 15 pages is not quick IMO.
