Network Access Problems

Hi
I have easyphp installed on my pc (XP) and use navicat for general mysql database wrk both online and for my local easyphp server. Everything works fine.

I am networked to another pc. This pc access my local server fine. It can also use a browser to access mysqladmin area etc. using mypcname/mysql or myipaddress/mysql. In both cases login works and everything is great.

Problem? When the other pc tries to connect via navicat it gets "2003 - Can't connect to mysql server ...".

Sounds like a permissions thing but I cannot think what to do!

Any help welcome.

Cheers
