description:
i use Dreamweaver under windows, but for my hostings i use linux based computer (Apache, PHP & MySQL)
then for my development computer i use the two systems whith VMWare (Linux as host & Windows XP Pro as guest)

i can connect (with iexplorer) to the linux's localhost even on dynamics web pages (MySql)

but when i try the vnet address, Navicat answer me that there is an unknow mysql server

Question:
does anyone know if it is possible to connect to Mysql DB with that kind of configuration ? and if yes ... How ?
