Hello,
We have a VB application that imports timesheet data into a MYSQL database. Everything works fine until you try and import a time between midnight and 1am. An example is that 0:45 gets imported at 45:00. Can anybody offer any help or advise on how to resolve this. Many thanks Nick |

Re: Importing Time Data - Issues
Date and Time formats are a real pain in the ass, but if you look closely at the mysql documentation under their date section, it will give you the answer. But first test the data. It gives you date formats. Compare what the date field looks like in your table, then do a SELECT dateformat date to see what it looks like before trying it on real data. Also, replace dateformat with what you read in the docs and date with a datetime you are having problems with.
