Navicat and multiple simultaneous users...

Question: Is there a way in Navicat to lock a single record when someone is working in it and update multiple users tables in real time ???

Info:

I have 3 users that need to use the same db at once. I have them all setup with Navicat but when they are all working at same time its a pain for them to have to leave table and view it again to see changes that others have made...

I looked at the Syncronize feature but that seems to require everyone to have a copy of the dbase (and MySQL) installed then they sync... I hope there is a way to cimply lock one record when someone is working on it and autoupdate the fields without leaving it first...

Thanks in advance for any help !!!!!
