Is there a "Links" system that offers PPC features bundled?

I really like Links SQL, but ever since they release the SQL part of it, their prices went up up up, and the community did less and less in terms of offering mods in a community spirit. It's all about the money. Which is OK, but the price right now for their PPC engine is $1,500. A bit pricey. They say get 15 clients for $100 and you're set but that's much easier said than done. Is there an alternative that's good and less pricey?

I've looked at some other choices but none seems quite there yet:
